Susquehanna River Halifax paddle September 25, 2009 Susquehanna River "kayaking" It was a beautiful day on the Susquehanna! The water level was about 3.3 feet at Harrisburg. The water temperature was about 23 degrees celsius. I paddled from the boat access across the river among the rocks. I was on the water for 2 hours.
