We had a nice trip down the Susquehanna River today.
The Susquehanna River gauge at Harrisburg was about 4.1 feet.
Jim, Ruth and Phil paddled from Dauphin to just south of Linglestown Road.
We played for a little while at the Dauphin Narrows.
One of us turned over at the Dauphin Narrows.
We went under the Rockville Bridge.
We then went over the Marysville Falls on the west shore.
That is a high drop. I almost fell off my Tarpon 100.
Next time we do this I should take my Coupe Del Rio even though it is difficult
for me to get out of this boat since my knee replacement.
