Conodoguinet trip. It was a beautiful day on the Conodoguinet Creek today! We went from someplace behind the golf course to the Susquehanna River and then up the river a short distance. The water was 2.3 on the Hogestown gauge. It was getting a little shallow for me. I think I need at least 2 feet for such a trip. I had my Coupe Del Rio with the new skirt Phil got me. It worked much better than the other one. Phil fixed it up with velcro tape to stay on better. The air was warm and the water cold. I set 2 personal records today. This was the latest in the season I have ever taken a kayak trip. This was the first trip I ever took without getting my feet wet thanks to Shelba's strong back. Kayak trip on the Conodoguinet Creek.
This trip took about 2.5 hours. We took out at West Fairview.
